The Milltronics RW-15 is an excellent CNC machine and another selling point for it is that it is "Made in the U.S.A.". The scope of Pro Street Customs projects demands one of a kind engineering which means parts are built from plans drawn up to match the 
needs of the vehicle under construction. That being the case you have a middle man to deal with by farming all the parts out to an outside and then you are dealing with their time schedule as well.
